I worked since Feb 2019 with TrueImage 2019. After MacOS X update to 10.15 (Catalina), True Image 2019 tells me that not all functions are supported. I downloaded, paid and installed True Image 2020: Same message!

Please, check the product build you have installed (in the Menu - Acronis True Image - About Acronis True Image). The build that supports Catalina is 21810.
If you have some previous build, please, update the product (in the Menu - Acronis True Image - Check for Updates).

Build 21810 is NOT working on machines with Catalina and T2 chip, as you know, because you cannot create bootable media. So please be careful with sentences like 'The build that supports Catalina is 21810'! That's NOT true! - Please, publish your ATI update as soon as possible!!
